You must not use Zentredge systems for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or security-risk activity.

You may not use the services for illegal products or services, harassment, exploitation, threats, malware, fraud, or activity that harms people, property, systems, or legal rights.

You may not send spam, scrape without permission, overload systems, abuse messaging or email workflows, or use the services for unsolicited mass outreach.

You may not use Zentredge systems for phishing, impersonation, deceptive offers, fake businesses, misleading claims, or fraudulent lead collection.

You may not attack the system, probe vulnerabilities without authorization, bypass rate limits, reverse engineer protected components, interfere with service operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

You may not use AI features to generate deceptive, harmful, illegal, harassing, or fraudulent content, or misrepresent AI responses as guaranteed legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

You may not upload or collect highly sensitive information unless legally permitted and specifically agreed. Widget users must provide proper notices and consent where required.

You may not use Zentredge services to infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights.

Usage that degrades service reliability, bypasses limits, consumes excessive resources, or violates plan terms may be restricted.

We may investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations or suspected risk to users, customers, Zentredge, or third parties.
