Privacy Policy for Zentredge websites, dashboards, AI quote assistant widgets, lead capture workflows, and software services.

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Zentredge collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our website, dashboard, software systems, widgets, AI-assisted tools, and related services. This policy is provided for transparency and does not constitute legal advice. Customers should seek independent legal advice for their own compliance obligations.

Information we collect

We may collect account, business, billing, technical, usage, widget, lead, and conversation information depending on the features enabled and how customers configure the service.

Business account information

We may collect business name, account email, website or domain, contact details, product plan, setup notes, and support communications.

Client/customer lead data

When a business uses our lead capture or quote tools, the system may process visitor names, lead emails, phone numbers if collected, service interests, quote request details, location or service area, and other information submitted by the visitor.

Widget and conversation data

AI Quote Assistant and similar widgets may process chat messages, quote flow answers, conversation history, widget settings, approved domains, and routing information used to deliver the service.

Payment and billing data

Payments and subscription billing may be processed by Paddle. Zentredge may receive billing status, plan, transaction status, and subscription metadata. Full card details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by Zentredge.

Authentication data

If dashboard access is enabled, authentication data may be processed through authentication providers such as Clerk, including account identifiers and session-related information.

Usage, analytics, and technical data

We may process IP-derived technical information, browser type, device information, usage events, error reports, performance events, approved domain checks, and logs needed for security, debugging, reliability, and improvement.

How we use information

We use information to provide software services, operate dashboards, route inquiries, deliver emails, process subscriptions, provide support, protect systems, monitor errors, improve reliability, and communicate service-related updates.

How data is shared

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers needed to operate the platform, comply with legal obligations, protect rights and security, or complete payment and subscription workflows.

Third-party processors/subprocessors

Depending on the features enabled, subprocessors may include Supabase, Clerk, Paddle, Resend or email providers, Sentry, Vercel or hosting/VPS infrastructure, analytics tools, and AI/LLM providers.

AI processing notice

AI features may send relevant conversation or quote context to AI/LLM providers to generate responses or summaries. Customers should avoid submitting highly sensitive information unless legally permitted and specifically agreed.

Cookies and tracking

We may use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, authentication, preferences, analytics, performance, payment security, and abuse prevention. More detail is available in the Cookie Policy.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal or billing needs, resolve disputes, maintain security, and support business records. Retention periods may vary by data type and customer configuration.

Data security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect data. No internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.

Customer responsibilities when using the widget

Business customers control how the widget appears on their websites and are responsible for informing their own website visitors that the widget may collect lead and conversation data, and for obtaining any required notices or consent.

International processing

Information may be processed in countries where Zentredge or its service providers operate. Customers should consider their own regional notice and transfer obligations.

User rights and deletion requests

You may contact support@zentredge.com to request access, correction, deletion, or assistance with privacy requests. Some requests may require verification or may be limited by legal, security, or billing record requirements.

Children's privacy

Zentredge services are intended for business use and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
