Refund Policy for Zentredge SaaS subscriptions, AI Quote Assistant purchases, setup work, and Paddle-processed payments.
Overview
This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are reviewed for Zentredge subscriptions and software services. This policy is provided for transparency and does not constitute legal advice. Customers should seek independent legal advice for their own compliance obligations.
Monthly SaaS subscription refunds
Monthly subscription payments are generally for the billing period purchased. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previous billing periods.
Initial purchase refund window
Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase if they are not satisfied. Refunds are reviewed case by case.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse, excessive usage, completed custom setup work, violation of terms, repeated refund requests, chargeback misuse, or where substantial service access has already been provided.
How to request a refund
Send a request to support@zentredge.com with your account email, business name, product, purchase date, and reason for the request.
Paddle/payment processor role
Payments and subscription billing may be processed by Paddle. Paddle may appear on your bank or card statement. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible through Paddle or the relevant payment processor.
Processing time
Refund review and payment processor timelines can vary. Once approved, the time for funds to appear depends on the processor, bank, and card network.
Chargebacks
Please contact support before filing a chargeback so we can review the issue. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restriction or termination.
Cancellations versus refunds
Cancellation prevents future renewal. Refunds relate to already-paid charges and require review under this policy.
