Subscription Policy for Zentredge AI Quote Assistant monthly billing, renewals, cancellations, failed payments, and Paddle processing.

Overview

This Subscription Policy explains how Zentredge subscription products are billed and managed. This policy is provided for transparency and does not constitute legal advice. Customers should seek independent legal advice for their own compliance obligations.

Subscription plans

AI Quote Assistant and similar products may be offered through monthly subscription plans unless stated otherwise. Features, usage limits, onboarding, and support may vary by plan.

Monthly billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly unless a product page, checkout, invoice, or written agreement states a different billing interval.

Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing for the applicable plan.

Payment processing

Payments and subscription billing may be processed by Paddle. Paddle may appear on your bank or card statement.

Taxes

Taxes may be calculated and collected by the payment processor where applicable based on customer location, product type, and tax rules.

Failed payments

Failed or overdue payments may result in reminders, restricted access, paused service, or account suspension until billing is resolved.

Access after payment

Access or onboarding may begin after payment is confirmed and required setup details are received. Paddle webhook confirmation and backend activation remain the source of truth for subscription activation.

Cancellation

Customers can cancel through the dashboard if available or by contacting support@zentredge.com. Please include the account email and business name.

Effect of cancellation

Access may remain active until the end of the paid billing period. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund prior charges.

Plan changes

Plan upgrades, downgrades, or package changes may affect feature access, limits, and billing. Timing and proration may depend on Paddle or the payment processor setup.

Price changes

We may update pricing for future billing periods. Where required, customers will be notified before pricing changes apply.

Account suspension

We may restrict or suspend access for failed payments, misuse, security risk, or violation of terms.
