Terms and Conditions for Zentredge software systems, AI inquiry tools, booking workflows, dashboards, subscriptions, and related services.

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern access to Zentredge websites, products, software systems, dashboards, AI-assisted tools, automations, and related services. This policy is provided for transparency and does not constitute legal advice. Customers should seek independent legal advice for their own compliance obligations.

About Zentredge

Zentredge provides software systems for booking-heavy and inquiry-heavy service businesses, including booking and reservation systems, AI inquiry and quote assistants, workflow automation, client dashboards, lead capture systems, integrations, and growth systems.

Our public website is https://zentredge.com. Product dashboards may be provided through https://app.zentredge.com.

Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be able to enter into a business agreement and provide accurate account, billing, and business information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for activity under your account.

Services provided

Zentredge may provide software subscriptions, implementation support, website widgets, AI-assisted workflows, dashboards, automations, integrations, and related technical services. Specific features may vary by product, plan, setup status, and configuration.

AI-powered features disclaimer

AI-powered features can help answer questions, collect information, summarize inquiries, or assist with quote workflows, but AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific situation.

Customers are responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs and business communications before relying on them or sending them to their own clients.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for their websites, customer notices, service descriptions, pricing, business rules, widget configuration, staff review processes, and use of any information collected through Zentredge systems.

Subscription, billing, and payments

Certain Zentredge products, including AI Quote Assistant, may be sold as monthly subscriptions unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled according to the applicable subscription terms.

Payments and subscription billing may be processed by Paddle. Paddle may appear on your bank or card statement.

Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription through the dashboard if available or by contacting support@zentredge.com. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past billing periods.

Refunds

Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy at /legal/refund-policy. Refunds are reviewed case by case and are not guaranteed in all situations.

Acceptable use

You must not use Zentredge systems for unlawful, abusive, deceptive, harmful, spam, malware, phishing, harassment, or security-abuse activity. Additional rules are described in the Acceptable Use Policy.

Intellectual property

Zentredge retains ownership of its software, product designs, workflows, code, branding, documentation, and platform materials. Customers retain ownership of their business data and lawful content they provide.

Customer data and privacy

Use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Customers using widgets or lead capture tools are responsible for providing required notices to their own website visitors.

Third-party services

Zentredge may rely on third-party services including Paddle for payments and subscriptions, Clerk for authentication, Supabase for database or storage, Resend or email providers for transactional email, Sentry for error monitoring, AI/LLM providers for AI responses, and hosting or infrastructure providers.

Service availability

We aim to provide reliable services, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or a guaranteed uptime SLA unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

No guarantee of business results

Zentredge does not guarantee revenue, sales, bookings, lead conversion, search rankings, customer responses, or perfect AI responses. Results depend on customer operations, offers, traffic, staff follow-up, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zentredge is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption damages arising from use of the services.

Suspension or termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if there is non-payment, security risk, misuse, violation of these terms, or use that may harm Zentredge, customers, users, or third parties.

Changes to the terms

We may update these terms as products and legal requirements evolve. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date.
