Services are provided under commercially reasonable standards and agreement-specific commitments. To the extent permitted by law, Zentredge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from unauthorized use, third-party failures, or force majeure events.

8. Suspension and Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, misuse, or legal non-compliance. Termination-related obligations, handover terms, and surviving clauses are governed by contractual agreements.
