QuoteSwift Privacy Policy

QuoteSwift may store the following information entered by the user:

• Business profile and contact information
• Customers and their contact details
• Items, services, and categories
• Quotations and estimates
• Invoices and receipts
• Payments and payment references
• Expenses and expense images
• Business logos, signatures, and stamps
• Document settings, numbering, taxes, notes, and terms
• Generated PDF records
• Local backup history
• Local advertising event counters

This business information is stored locally on the user’s device using an SQLite database and app-specific file storage.

QuoteSwift does not require an account, login, cloud service, or Zentredge server for its core functionality. Zentredge does not receive or store the user’s locally entered business records.

Images selected by the user, including business logos, stamps, signatures, item images, expense receipts, and payment proofs, may be copied into QuoteSwift’s app-specific storage.

Generated PDFs and in-app backup files are also stored locally.

When a user deliberately exports, prints, or shares a PDF, image, report, or backup, Android sends the selected file to the application, person, printer, folder, or storage provider chosen by the user.

Copies shared or saved outside QuoteSwift are controlled by the selected recipient or third-party provider and cannot be deleted or managed by QuoteSwift.

QuoteSwift may request access to:

• Photos or media when the user chooses an image
• Files when the user imports a backup
• A selected folder when the user exports a backup
• Internet connectivity for displaying advertisements

QuoteSwift does not request access to contacts, precise device location, microphone, call logs, SMS messages, or the device camera.

Permissions are requested only when needed for a user-selected feature.

Core QuoteSwift features work without an internet connection. However, QuoteSwift uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, and advertisements require internet access.

The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and transmit information to Google, including:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate general location
• App interactions, such as app launches, taps, and advertisement interactions
• Diagnostic and performance information
• Android advertising identifier
• App Set ID
• Other applicable device or account identifiers

Google may process this information for advertising, analytics, security, and fraud-prevention purposes. Google states that information collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted while being transmitted.

QuoteSwift does not provide Google with customer records, document contents, payments, expenses, business images, generated PDFs, or backup files for advertising purposes.

QuoteSwift uses Google’s User Messaging Platform to request or update advertising consent where required by applicable law.

When Google requires an advertising privacy-options entry point, users can access it from the QuoteSwift Settings screen.

Users may also reset or delete their Android advertising identifier through their Android device settings. The choices available may depend on the user’s region, device, and Google’s configured consent messages.

Zentredge does not sell the business information stored in QuoteSwift.

Information may leave the device only when:

• The user explicitly shares or exports a document, image, report, or backup
• Google Mobile Ads processes advertising and device information
• Android or a user-selected application processes a requested file operation

Business data is not uploaded to a Zentredge backend because QuoteSwift does not use a backend or cloud-sync service.

Local records and app-managed files remain on the device until the user:

• Deletes individual records where supported
• Uses the Delete All Data option
• Clears QuoteSwift’s application storage
• Uninstalls QuoteSwift
• Resets or loses the device

The Delete All Data option removes QuoteSwift’s local database and app-managed files.

QuoteSwift cannot remove copies previously exported, printed, or shared outside the application. Those copies must be deleted separately from the destination where they were saved.

Google controls the retention and deletion of information processed through Google advertising services according to Google’s policies and user privacy controls.

Because QuoteSwift does not provide user accounts, there is no online QuoteSwift account or cloud account data to delete.

QuoteSwift provides local backup export and restore functionality.

Users are responsible for:

• Creating regular backups
• Saving backups outside the application
• Protecting backup files from unauthorized access
• Confirming that backup files can be restored

If the application is uninstalled, the device is damaged or lost, or application data is cleared without an exported backup, business information may be permanently lost.

Zentredge cannot recover locally stored QuoteSwift information because it is not uploaded to Zentredge.

QuoteSwift relies on Android’s application sandbox and the user’s device-security features to protect local information.

Users should:

• Enable a device screen lock
• Keep Android security updates installed
• Store exported backups in a trusted location
• Avoid sharing backups with unauthorized people

No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

QuoteSwift is a business productivity application and is not directed toward children.

Zentredge does not knowingly request children to provide personal information through QuoteSwift. If you believe a child has provided information through a Zentredge-controlled service, contact us so the matter can be reviewed.

Zentredge may update this Privacy Policy when QuoteSwift’s features, third-party services, data practices, or legal obligations change.

The “Last updated” date will be revised when material changes are made. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
